Hello,
I have a samsung note 4 android. I purchased itunesfusion to transfer my itunes songs and playlists to my android phone. The playlists and the songs were transferred, but several issues happened. Primo, the songs are not inside my playlists. They can be found on the phone but not inside my playlists. The playlists were transfered, but they appeared with 3 numbers at the end of the playlist name.
I know that these issues have been discussed shortly recently, but I'd like to know if anone has been able to come up with a solution or should I just give up on this software ?
Thanks.

We've never been able to reproduce this issue here unfortunately. However, everyone who has reported it seems to be running some kind of Samsung Android device. I'm going to see if I can get a hold of a Samsung phone/tablet to do some more testing for this issue. I'll keep you posted when I have more news!

Just a quick update to let you know that I was able to reproduce this on a Galaxy Tab here. We've added this to our list and we'll see what we can do to get it fixed up :)

Thanks!

We've finally released a new beta version that should fix this issue up! You can grab it from the link below, or enable Beta update checks in the iTunesFusion Settings.

Could you test it out and let us know how it works out?

Thanks!

I'm having a similar issue with my Galaxy S10e. Playlists show up on my phone but are empty. Also, the filetype is .pla instead of.m3u. i'm running v3.3

There seems to be an issue with creating playlists over MTP on some Samsung devices, but I don't have any to test with over here :(

Have you used other music syncing apps in the past with success on that phone?

I've done a bit more searching, and it sounds like maybe the Android Mediastore Database isn't updating immediately when doing a sync. If you run something like this app to force a rescan of the media, does that make any difference?

Ok, unfortunately we've hit a roadblock here. Until we can get our hands on an S10e for debugging, there's not much else we can do at the moment. We'd be happy to offer up a refund if you like, just let me know.

Thanks!
