Not All Songs Showing Up In Playlist

I just purchased the program and thought I would try it out by just syncing one playlist to a flash drive to use in my car. My radio has to index the files so I waited until that completed then tried it out. The playlist has 4593 songs in Itunes, but when I played it on the flash drive it only showed 4507. If I choose play all on my radio then it shows all 4593 so I'm not sure why it only has 4507 if I choose to play the playlist.

If you're able to identify a song that's not showing up in the playlist, would you be able to attach it here so that we can do some testing with it?

Might take some time, but I'll see if I can figure out what is missing. When I looked at the playlist file it did have all 4593 lines in there.

I've attached one of the songs that appears to not be showing up in the playlist.

Thanks! We'll test it out and see what we can find.

Thanks! Could you give the attached build a try?

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to have made a difference. The numbers still don't match up, and the same song is still among those not in the playlist.

Ok, could you try rolling back to iTunesFusion 2.6 (attached) and let me know if you run into the same issue?

Still no change. I should note that I am not doing a full resync. All I'm doing is adding a song or taking one off just to get it to sync and create the playlist again.

Ok, it's interesting that the playlist has all of the files listed but the car stereo isn't showing them all. If you plug the USB stick into your computer and open the playlist in a music app, are all 4593 songs there?

I can try that tonight when I get home. What's a good quick program to try that on? I typically just use iTunes and haven't used anything else in awhile.

Windows Media Player should work fine

Forgot I had Media Monkey installed so I used that. Opened up the playlist and all songs show up so not sure why it's not working correctly in my car. Weird. Oh well. Thanks for your help.

No worries! Maybe the car stereo has a limit on the total number of songs in a playlist? If that's the case, you can try setting the "Maximum number of files per playlist" option in the Sync Profile to see if that helps at all. If it doesn't, then it's possible that the files your car stereo isn't showing have some metadata that the car stereo doesn't like.
