After 3.2 Update cannot edit exisiting sync profiles

After the update, I cannot edit the playlists in existing sync profiles. I can create new one with no problem. What initially happens is the new playlist is added and all existing playlists removed even though they are still selected to be in the profile. Further attempts to update the profile then remove all playlists. See attached PDF with screenshots and details.
